Edgewater Automation is pleased to announce Tim Guitar joining as a Regional Sales Manager. Tim brings with him more than 30 years of experience in the assembly automation industry, with emphasis on electrochemical energy storage, powertrain assembly systems, general assembly machines, machining centers, MIG welding cells, and resistance welding cells. For over 30 years Tim has participated in all phases of the assembly business which has allowed him to maintain a firm grip on the individual and team effort required for success with automation systems.
“We are pleased to announce the addition of Tim to our sales team,” said Tim Tate, Managing Director of Edgewater Automation’s facility located in Saint Joseph, MI. “Tim’s knowledge and experience in the automation industry will allow us to serve our existing customer base while at the same time expanding our reach throughout the industry.” Based in Eastern Michigan, Guitar will be positioned as a Regional Sales Manager to serve customers throughout Michigan, Indiana and Ohio. He will also be focused on growing Edgewater Automation’s capabilities in the recently surging medical device and logistics markets.
