ST. JOSEPH, Michigan, January 9, 2024 – Edgewater Automation, a family owned business has announced that founder and president, Rick Blake has been named as Chief Executive Officer and Tim Tate as President.

Tim is a seasoned and highly successful leader with a deep background in industrial automation industry. In 2006, Tim joined the company as a machine builder, steadily advancing into management roles. First, in 2013, as a project manager, then, in 2015, director of manufacturing, and, since 2019, as managing director for the St. Joseph automation team.

Tim has, over many years in the business, shown himself to be a hard worker, talented manager, and natural leader.
